JUNIOR (2011) – Placed in the varsity seven in six tournaments … finished in 48th place at the National Catholic Invitational with a time of 25:48 at the five-mile course … finished 30th with a time of 27:26 at the George Mason Invite … took 12th overall and third for the Red Flash with time of 26:53.3 at the Leopard Invitational … earned a 17th place finish with a time of 27:22.60 at the NEC Championship ... member of the 2012 NEC Spring Academic Honor Roll.

SOPHOMORE (2010): Second-team All-Northeast Conference … Finished 12th at the NEC Championships Oct. 30 in a time of 26:05 on the 8-kilometer course … Opened the season Sept. 3 with a time of 16:58 and a 41st place finish at the Mount St. Mary’s 5K invite … Crossed the line at the Cappy Anderson Invite with a time of 26.01 and a fourth place finish on the 8K course Sept. 18 … On Oct. 2 he posted a time of 25:57 on the 8K course at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invite finishing 39th … Following the NEC Championship he finished 116th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional with a time of 33:14.

FRESHMAN (2009): Finished 25th out of 108 at the Buffalo Stampede Invite with a time of 26:48 Sept. 19 ...placed 125th (26:44) at the Paul Short Invitational (10/2/09)...placed 61st (28:27) at the 2009 NEC Championships Oct. 31.

HIGH SCHOOL: A model student-athlete out of Notre Dame High School in Hamilton, New Jersey… earned 10 varsity letters in indoor track, outdoor track, and cross country… named the MVP for cross country in his senior season… Second Team All-County and All-Area from his sophomore to senior year… member of National Honor Society and Notre Dame’s Honor Roll… chairman of Student Government… Physician Assistant major.
