JUNIOR (2011) – Finished first among the Red Flash at the Monmouth Invitational with a time of 20:10.5 on the 5-kilometer course … finished fourth among SFU runners and 58th-overall crossing the line in a time of 25:58 at the National Catholic Invitational … took fourth for Saint Francis with time of 26:56.3 good for 13th-overall at the Leopard Invitational … placed 15th with a time of 27:19.70 at the NEC Championship ... member of the 2012 NEC Spring Academic Honor Roll.

SOPHOMORE (2010): Second-team All-Northeast Conference … Placed in the Red Flashes’ Top 7 in six races … Opened the season at the Mount St. Mary’s 5K invite with a time of 16:24 and finished 27th … posted a fourth place finish at the Cappy Anderson Invitational with a time of 26:02 on the 8K course … Repeated his 26:02 8K performance at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational Oct. 2 … Took 16th and finished in the team’s Top 5 at the Delaware Blue and Gold Meet with mark of 27:09 on the 8K course … Posted a 13th place finish at the NEC Championships with a time of 26:07.9 on the 8K course … Posted a time of 33:14 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional and finished 116th.

FRESHMAN (2009): Placed 31st out of 108 (27:04) at the Buffalo Stampede Invite Sept. 19

HIGH SCHOOL: Enters Saint Francis University after outstanding junior and senior seasons at River Hill High School in Clarksville, Md… received First Team All-County honors in 2007 and 2008… First Team All-Metro in 2008… Third Team All-State in 2007… Second Team All-State in 2008… named team MVP in 2006 and 2008… ran the fastest three-mile time (15:58)… helped River Hill win Cross Country States in 2007… placed second as an individual in the state in 2008… also received letters in wrestling and outdoor track… qualified for states in wrestling in 2008… recipient of the Scholar-Athlete Award from 2005-2009… member of the Athletic Leadership Council and NHS… Physician Assistant major.
