2013 Outdoor (Junior) - Recorded a personal best at the 2013 Colonial Relays placing third in the fifth heat of the 400m hurdles with a 57.27 finish.

2013 Indoor (Junior) - Recorded a personal record at the Youngstown St. National Invite posting a 23.03 in the 200m dash … recorded a personal best at the Gulden Invitational in the 400m sprint with a 52.47 finish … recorded a PR at the Penn State Indoor Relays in the 500m dash with a 1:09.00.

2012 Outdoor (Sophomore) - Recorded a PR time of 22.72 in the 200m at the Army 5-Way meet, good for a third overall finish ... had a personal best 50.23 in the 400m at the Wake Forest Open ... had a personal best in the 400m hurdles with a time of 55.38 at the Northeast Conference Championship.

2011 Outdoor (Freshman) – Part of the 4x400 relay team that finished seventh overall at the NEC Championship with a time of 3:20.87 … ran a 58.71 in the 400m hurdles at the NEC Championship.

2011 Indoor (Freshman) – Earned a sixth place finish at the Thomson Invitational in the 400m dash with a time of 53.94 … finished second overall in the 60m hurdles at the same event with a 8.96 mark … ran a 9.61 in the 60m hurdles at the NEC Championship … posted a time of 1:12.45 at the NEC Championship in the 500m dash.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Three-sport athlete at Corning East that earned letters in cross country and indoor & outdoor track and field … part of Trojans teams that earned five indoor track & field sectional championships and one state outdoor track & field championship … 2008 First-Team All-Conference in cross country.
