JUNIOR (2010): The top SFU finisher at the Northeast Conference Championship and the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional … Finished 69th at the Spike Shoes Invite with a time of 23:18 … Earned a third place finish at the Sean Earl Lake Front Invite posting a time of 18:47 on the 5K course.

SOPHOMORE (2009): Earned her first career All-NEC distinction in cross country, placing 10th out of 100 at the 2009 NEC Championships with a time of 18:55 (10/31/09)... was the first SFU runner to cross the line at the Mount St. Mary's 5K Duals, finishing 28th overall with a time of 20:20 (9/4/09)...placed 27th (19:42) at the Buffalo Stampede Invite (9/19/09)...finished 69th out of 338 in the 6K (23:11) at the Paul Short Invitational (10/2/09)...finished in 24:05 in the 6K at the 2009 NCAA Mid Atlantic Region (11/15/09).

FRESHMAN (2008): Named the NEC XC Rookie-of-the-Week (9/16/08) after placing third overall (21:10) in the Father Bede Hines Invitational… took 31st (20:31) at the 2008 NEC Cross Country Championships, helping the Red Flash to a fourth-place finish.

Served on SFU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee for the second straight year in 2009-10… fall 2008 and spring 2009 SFU Academic Honor Roll student… Elementary/Special Education major.
