After graduation, I plan to? I hope to find full time employment using my
degree in Management and MIS. I also plan to continue running and hopefully pursue coaching.

Favorite sport other than your own? Hockey or Volleyball

What are your goals for the upcoming season? I hope to stay healthy throughout the season, provide senior leadership for the team, and finish with a top 10 performance at the conference meet again.

JUNIOR (2011) – All-NEC honors … second among SFU runners at the Monmouth Invitational with a time of 16:11.7 … ranked as the top Red Flash finisher at the National Catholic Cross Country Invitational, crossing the line 53rd overall with a time of 18:53 on the 5-kilometer course … crossed the line seventh overall and second for the Flash with a time of 23:41 at George Mason … led the way for the Red Flash, taking sixth overall with a time of 22:07.4 at Leopard Invitational … finished with a time of 19:22.10 good for ninth overall at the NEC Championship … came in second for SFU with a time of 24:31.6, 107th overall at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional … member of the 2012 NEC Spring Academic Honor Roll.

SOPHOMORE (2010): Opened the season with a 14th place finish at the Mount St. Mary’s 5K invite with a time of 19:59 … Took sixth at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invite with a time of 19:06 … Finished 78th at the Cappy Anderson Invitational with a mark of 19:13 … Posted a time of 19:05.46 at the Delaware Blue and Golf Meet and earned a sixth-place finish.

FRESHMAN (2009): Placed 48th out of 117 (20:40) at the Buffalo Stampede Invite Sept. 19 … finished in 24:23 in the 6K at the Paul Short Invitational Oct. 2 … placed 50th (20:35) at the 2009 NEC Championships Oct. 31

HIGH SCHOOL: A three-sport standout out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania… lettered three years in cross country and four years in track… finished 10th in 800m at the indoor state championships in 2009, and medaled in the distance medley there as well... took third in the 800m at the 2009 WPIAL championships... also participated and lettered in volleyball… received the Highlander Pride Award for Creativity… Accounting major.
