What are your goals for the upcoming season? My goals for the upcoming season are to improve as much as I can, and to help my team be as successful as possible.
JUNIOR (2012) – Scored points for the Red Flash in all seven meets … Placed third for SFU and 36th overall with a time of 21:00 at the Bucknell Invitational … Placed 125th with a time of 26:56 at the Spiked Shoe Invitational … Finished 200th overall with a time of 21:14 at the National Catholic Championships … Placed 28th overall at the Father Bede Invitational with a time of 22:14 … Finished 96th overall with a time of 24:28 at the Lafayette Invitational … Rounded out top five scoring at the NEC Championship with a 78th overall finish and time of 21:01 … Placed 200th overall in her regional debut at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional with a time 25:33.

FRESHMAN (2010): Placed 35th in the first meet of her college career with a time of 22:17 on a 5K course at the Mount St. Mary’s Invitational … Posted a time of 25:44 at the Spike Shoe Invitational on 6K course picking up a 155th place finish … Earned a 354th place finish at the Cappy Anderson Invitational with a time of 21:39 on the 5K course … Finished seventh at the Father Bede Hines Invitational with a time of 21:58.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-sport athlete at Bishop Guilfoyle that lettered three times apiece in cross country and track & field... middle-distance runner that competed in the 1600m and the 3200m... two-time All-Laurel Highlands Athletic Conference (LHAC) honoree in both cross country and track & field...member of National Honor Society.
