Swimming Falls to Duquesne on the Road

>>The Red Flash came up short against the Duquesne Dukes, falling 204-57 in Pittsburgh.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Duquesne kept Saint Francis out of the top spot all day, but the Red Flash did manage to crack second place in some events.

Bridget Kurtzweil (Avon, Ohio) earned the first second-place finish for Saint Francis, clocking in at 59.19 in the 100-yard backstroke.

Inde Patterson (Moon Township, Pa.) placed second in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:11.80.

In the 200-yard individual medley, Nicole Lopez Kohlmann (Mexico City, Mexico) picked up a second-place finish with a time of 2:11.44.

UP NEXT

The Red Flash will return home to host Lock Haven tomorrow at 1 p.m. for their final home meet of the season. A senior recognition ceremony will be held before the meet.
